Privacy policy
Business Uptime Lab operates this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Email address and consent record — only when you submit a form. We store the list you joined, the wording you agreed to, the page you signed up from, and the time.
- Calculator and assessment inputs — stored anonymously so we can improve the tools. They are not linked to your identity unless you also give us your email.
- Usage events — page paths, tool usage and outbound affiliate clicks. If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, aggregate analytics also runs.
Two separate lists
Our business resilience list and our online-business opportunity list are legally and technically separate. Each requires its own explicit opt-in, has its own consent text, and is stored with its own tag. We never merge them or move you between them.
We only email people who explicitly opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can also unsubscribe here. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address.
Affiliate links and cookies
Outbound product links may append campaign parameters and are logged so we know which pages are useful. Vendors you click through to set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
